Gift Cards cannot be used for purchases from B&Q call centres, in B&Q stores outside of the UK or exchanged for cash. No change will be given in cash. Any balance remaining on a Gift Card will be shown on the till receipt and can be used in full or part payment for other products. A top up, purchase or balance enquiry is considered a use of the Gift Card. • You can check the balance of a Gift Card at any Screwfix store in the UK. • eGift Cards will expire after 5 years of consecutive non-use and any remaining balance will be deleted. • Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Treat your Gift Card/eGift Card like cash, Screwfix will not replace if it becomes lost, damaged or stolen.
