You can spend your Teen Favourites Gift Card at any Teen Favourites participating retailer. You don’t have to spend the total value in one go and can use your Card multiple times until the balance reaches £0. Know your balance before you spend as the retailer will not be able to find out your balance. If your Card is swiped for more than the balance on the Card, the transaction will be declined.

Please note the date of activation of your Teen Favourites Gift Card and spend your Card in the first 18 months to avoid the monthly charge of 90p. This charge only applies after 18 months. Once purchased, funds should be available for redemption on your Gift Card within 3 working days. You can check the balance of your card by clicking here: https://www.one4all.com/one4all-checkbalance , via text by texting ‘My Balance’ followed by your 16 digit card number to 57887, to receive an SMS stating your balance or by calling 033 0828 0881 for our automated balance enquiry service.

If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, please contact Customer Services on 03700 84 4444 (local call rates apply) as soon as possible so a block can be placed on the card and a new replacement card issued.

This eGift Card can be used as full or part payment towards products or services in Currys stores in the UK (excluding Dixons Travel stores) or online at www.currys.co.uk that are taxed at the standard rate of VAT (this excludes e.g. energy saving devices for the home, coffee pods, gift cards and similar products).

2. You cannot use your gift card to purchase airtime, or certain mobile phones and accessories.

3. The balance of the card can be checked in any of our UK stores or online at www.currys.co.uk/giftcards.

4. If upon 2 years no credit or debit has been made to the eGift Card, it will expire and any balance will be deducted.

5. No liability is accepted for lost, stolen or damaged cards.

Please ensure you check your junk/spam folders in your email account if your email does not appear to have been received. Please note that orders will be fulfilled using the highest denomination available depending on current stock availability at the time of purchasing. As such, these may be provided in £5, £10, £15, £25, £50 and £100 denominations. You can spend your e-gift card at http://www.johnlewis.com or http://www.waitrose.com/ , just select  'use gift card or e-gift cards' on the payment page, then enter the 19 digit number and PIN.

To spend in store, simply present the downloaded e-gift card on your phone in John Lewis or print your e-gift card. Waitrose stores can only accept printed e-gift cards. E-gift cards expire 24 months from purchase or last use. Buying a product or making a balance enquiry refreshes the 24-month expiry period. After expiry, John Lewis will not refund any balance remaining.

The Magazine Gift Card can only be redeemed online using the web address www.magazinesdirect.com/giftcardand is only valid for magazines published by Future Plc.

The Gift Card entitles the recipient to (i) a 12 issue subscription to any of its monthly titles or (ii) a 26 issue subscription to any of its weekly titles. The Gift Card will automatically expire 24 months after date of purchase. Valid for UK postal addresses only. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for the cash alternative. Any cancellations and refunds after use of a Gift Card to purchase a subscription are provided at the discretion of Future Plc. Future Plc may cancel a subscription and provide a pro rata refund if it ceases to publish the relevant title for any reason. Magazine subscription prices vary from time to time and any difference in price cannot be realised as a cash payment.
