The amount you wish to redeem will be deducted from the balance of the card. No change will be given, only the amount debited from the balance. The remaining balance of the card will remain on the card and can be used at a later date.

In-store corporate gift cards can be redeemed in all UK Harvey Nichols Stores, Harvey Nichols Dublin and OXO Tower, in both Pound Sterling and Euros. Subject to the exchange rate in operation on the date of redemption. In-store corporate gifts cards cannot currently be redeemed online or within our international stores with the exception of Harvey Nichols Dublin. We are working to bring online redemption of Gift Cards to our customers soon. In-store corporate gift cards will expire 24 months from the date of activation which will be the date of purchase.

eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases made over the phone. eGift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers. GBP £ eGift Cards cannot be redeemed in ROI. This eGift Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned under the Argos 30 Day Guarantee and cannot be re-sold or re-tendered. This will not affect your statutory rights. The value of this eGift Card expires on the date shown above, which is 24 months from the date of initial activation. If unused within this time the card will be deemed inactive and any remaining balance lost.

You can spend your Kids' Favourites Gift Card at any Kids' Favourites participating retailer. You don’t have to spend the total value in one go and can use your Card multiple times until the balance reaches £0. Know your balance before you spend as the retailer will not be able to find out your balance. If your Card is swiped for more than the balance on the Card, the transaction will be declined. Please note the date of activation of your Kids' Favourites Gift Card and spend your Card in the first 18 months to avoid the monthly charge of 90p. This charge only applies after 18 months.

Once purchased, funds should be available for redemption on your Gift Card within 3 working days. You can check the balance of your card by https://www.one4all.com/one4all-checkbalance clicking here , via text by texting ‘My Balance’ followed by your 16 digit card number to 57887, to receive an SMS stating your balance or by calling 033 0828 0881 for our automated balance enquiry service.

If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, please contact Customer Services on 03700 84 4444 (local call rates apply) as soon as possible so a block can be placed on the card and a new replacement card issued.

It can also be used on www.decathlon.co.uk. (Enter the 16 digits of the gift card and the Internet PIN code). 2. This card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Any balance left on the gift card after this time will be deducted. 3. This card cannot be exchanged for cash. 4. No change will be given for purchases made with this card. 5. Decathlon cannot replace or reimburse the value of the gift card if it is lost, stolen, or if its validity period expires. 6. Payments can be made on one or more occasions up to the value of the gift card or until the card reaches the end of its validity period. To view where you can spend your Active Favourites Gift card online visit http://www.one4all.com/active-favourites . Active Favourites Gift Cards are processed just like your debit or credit cards. Active Favourites Gift Cards can only be redeemed at participating partners as shown the website or on the front of the card. You must check for where you can spend online.

On the retailer's website, simply check out using your Favourites card, selecting 'Visa Debit' or similar. Your Favourites card works just like a normal debit card when shopping online. To redeem your Active Favourites Gift Card for Zalando or Adidas, you must visit http://swap.one4all.com swap.one4all.com to exchange for a Zalando or Adidas eGift.
