• Gift Cards and eGift Cards are fulfilled by Voucher Express - a trading name of Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, Metcalfe House, 23H Kirkgate, Ripon. Voucher Express is the seller of the Gift Cards/eGift Cards on behalf of Screwfix Direct Limited (“Screwfix”) and all gift cards remain the property of Screwfix Direct Limited, Trade House, Mead Avenue, Yeovil, BA22 8RT. • You can redeem the balance on a Gift Card/eGift Card to buy products at any Screwfix trade counter in the UK. They cannot be used for purchases made on the web or through our call centre. • Gift Cards/eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit. • Purchases will be deducted until the balance reaches zero. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases. • You can add money to a Gift Card at any time in pounds sterling £. The minimum amount required to activate a Gift Card is £[1]. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase by Voucher Express. Your credit/debit card statement will read 'Voucher Express'. Voucher Express reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation. Screwfix will not be given access to your credit/debit card details. • For fraud prevention reasons Screwfix is unable to accept business cheques to pay for or top up a Gift Card. • Gift Cards ordered through this site will be sent by Voucher Express to the delivery address stated on each individual order. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail services. Gift Cards with a value of £50 or less will be sent by 1st class post. Gift Cards with a value between £50.01 and £99.99 will be sent by Recorded Delivery and Gift Cards with a value of £100.00 or more will be sent through Special Delivery. Both recorded and special delivery require a signature on arrival. • Gift Cards will normally be dispatched by Voucher Express within two working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Voucher Express nor Screwfix shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses. • eGift Cards will be emailed to the recipients address either immediately or on the date that you have selected. • To redeem an eGift Card, you can either print the eGift Card and present to a service assistant in the Trade Counter or display the eGift Card on a mobile phone or tablet device. • A Gift Card will expire if it has a zero balance on the card for a period of one year. • Balances on Gift Cards/eGift Cards will expire after 5 years of consecutive non-use and any remaining balance will be deleted. A top up, purchase or balance enquiry is considered a use of the Gift Card. • You can check the balance of a Gift Card at any Screwfix store in the UK. • eGift Cards will expire after 5 years of consecutive non-use and any remaining balance will be deleted. • Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Treat your Gift Card/eGift Card like cash, Screwfix will not replace if it becomes lost, damaged or stolen. Personal information on the holders of Gift Cards/eGift Cards is not retained and therefore, if a Gift Card/eGift Card is used without the consent of the Gift Card holder, or is lost, stolen or damaged, Voucher Express nor Screwfix can replace, refund or reimburse the value on the Gift Card. • Voucher Express is not directly linked to Screwfix and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by Screwfix. For the same reason, Screwfix shall not be responsible for services offered by Voucher Express and its associated companies, including without limitation the collection and management of your credit card data and personal information which is collected, processed and managed by Voucher Express. • Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any gift cards not notified to us within three days of delivery. • Force Majeure: Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure. • Screwfix may take any action it considers appropriate if it has reasonable grounds for believing you are misusing the Gift Card scheme. This may include withholding all or part of the value credited on the Gift Card/eGift Card. • Screwfix reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions for legal, security or regulatory reasons or suspend or discontinue the Gift Card scheme. If the Gift Card scheme is discontinued, Screwfix will give Gift Card/eGift Card holders reasonable notice through its trade counters and Screwfix.com and a reasonable period to use any remaining balance on the Gift Card/eGift Card. • Gift Cards/eGift Cards cannot be purchased in conjunction with any applicable discount card or other promotion. • Screwfix standard Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made see https://www.screwfix.com/termsandconditions except as otherwise stated here. • These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise at any The White Company stores (including Standalone shops in the United Kingdom and Eire, excluding stockists) and online (subject to website terms and conditions). They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £5 and have a maximum value of £500. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from date of last use whereby the remaining balance will be deducted. Balance enquiries can be obtained in store, online or by calling 0203 875 1135. If any item purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the gift card. If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your printed till receipt. Gift cards should be treated as cash. They are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards.

The White Company will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. The White Company reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud. The White Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time without notice and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
