Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. Gift cards are valid for 24 months from date of last use whereby the remaining balance will be deducted. If any item purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the gift card. If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and will remain on your gift card. Gift cards should be treated as cash. They are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards.

Nike will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Nike reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud. Nike reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time without notice and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This card can only be used for purchases at a Foot Locker or Kids Foot Locker stores in the country of issue. The card has no value until a balance is acquired. The Card cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be replaced in case it is lost or stolen. When using this Card for purchases, automatic deductions will be made to its balance.

You can check the Card's balance at the moment of purchase, or at any time at a Foot Locker store or by calling 0808-234-3293.

This card is redeemable only at participating adidas retail stores in the UK or on adidas.co.uk.

If not used, this card shall expire three years after the date of purchase. Except for in accordance with your legal rights, the card is non-returnable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of another gift card.

eGifts are redeemable online only at www.superdry.com.eGifts are available in Sterling (GBP) only. A maximum of 2 eGifts can be used per online basket transaction.

eGifts cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or Vouchers. eGifts cannot be exchanged for cash. eGifts can be used for most purchases, although at certain times exclusions may apply and Superdry reserve the right to amend these at anytime. If the value of goods exceeds the value of the eGift the remainder must be paid using another payment method. If the goods purchased total less than the value of this Superdry Gift Card, any remaining balance will remain on the eGift. eGifts are valid for 24 months. Any remaining balance left on the card after 24 months will be removed and the eGift will become invalid and no longer available for use. Please look after your eGift and treat it like cash while it has an outstanding/existing balance.

Where a product purchased with an eGift is subsequently returned, supported with the transaction receipt, the full price shown will be refunded. However, if a receipt isn't presented, the amount refunded will be at the current value of the product at the time of the return. If a refund is made for any purchase using an eGift combined with another method of payment, any refund amount owing will be credited to the other method of payment in the first instance (Debit/Credit Card, PayPal), and if the total to be refunded is more than originally paid using that payment method, any outstanding balance will be refunded to a new physical gift card which will be sent to you by post.

Superdry reserves the right to revise and update the terms and conditions of our Superdry eGifts at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Superdry Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Your Superdry eGift is the property of Superdry who maintains the right to cancel the eGift in situations where it may be deemed necessary.

Selfridges Gift Cards 1. The Selfridges Gift Cards may be purchased in pounds sterling (£) and can be used as full or part payment in in pounds sterling (£) only for any products purchased in any Selfridges stores in the United Kingdom and online, except as follows: • Selfridges Manchester Trafford Centre - Pret A Manger will not accept Gift Cards, • Selfridges Manchester Exchange Square - the San Carlo restaurant and Louis Vuitton will not accept Gift Cards, • Selfridges Birmingham The Bullring - Pret A Manger will not accept Gift Cards, • Selfridges London Oxford Street - Apple and Louis Vuitton will not accept Selfridges Gift Cards. 2. The minimum Selfridges Gift Card value is £10. The maximum Selfridges Gift Card value that can be loaded onto one card will be notified to you at checkout and is subject to change. The maximum value that can be loaded onto one card may differ across retail channels. Please note, a maximum of 5 gift cards can be added to each order. 3. Selfridges Gift Cards may be used online at www.selfridges.com. When redeeming a Selfridges Gift Card online or over the telephone, you will be required to give the serial number on the Selfridges Gift Card, and the PIN code which is revealed by scratching off the foil panel on the Gift Card itself or as detailed on your eGift Card. 4. Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase by Voucher Express. Your credit/debit card statement will read 'Voucher Express', who reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation. Selfridges will not be given access to your credit/debit card details or any other personal information. 5. All orders for Selfridges Gift Cards are subject to security checks. Your order may be delayed in the event that additional security and fraud checks are required. If your order fails security checks, you will be refunded. 6. The Selfridges Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with a Selfridges Gift Card. Please note where, the value of your purchase is less than the funds on your Selfridges Gift Card any balance will remain on your Selfridges Gift Card for future use. However, additional value cannot be added to any Selfridges eGift Card. 7. A Selfridges Gift Card is like cash. It is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced, cancelled, blocked or restricted in any way. 8. All refunds of goods or services purchased with a Selfridges Gift Card will be made in accordance with Selfridges' refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights. 9. Selfridges Gift Card quantities and values should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any gift cards not notified to us within three days of delivery. 10. Action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected. For cash purchases of £8,000 or more Voucher Express will require proof of identification. 11. Selfridges Gift Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in Selfridges stores. 12. The re-sale of Selfridges Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. 13. Your purchase of Selfridges Gift Cards and use of this website (giftcards.selfridges.com) is governed by these terms and conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services provided by Voucher Express are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 14. Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure. 15. Voucher Express will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions for any direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or any losses related to any business including (without limitation) lost data, earnings or business interruption that result from the use of, or the inability to use the Gift Cards or this website. 16. Breach of these conditions will entitle Voucher Express to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise. 17. Voucher Express reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so. Physical Gift Cards 1. Gift Cards will be sent by Voucher Express to the delivery address(es) you provide on each individual order. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail services. Orders with a combined value of £50 or less will be sent by 1st class post. All other orders will be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival. 2. Gift Cards will normally be dispatched by Voucher Express within two working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible Voucher Express will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Voucher Express nor Selfridges shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses. 3. Risk will pass to you upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Neither Voucher Express nor Selfridges can be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards following delivery to the recipient. Gift Cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Neither Voucher Express nor Selfridges is responsible for funds on the Gift Card used without your knowledge. eGift Cards 1. To use your eGift Card in store, simply download your eGift Card to your mobile device or print it out, a Selfridges team member will scan the barcode for payment. 2. To use your eGift card online at www.selfridges.com simply enter the eGift Card number and PIN on the payment page at the checkout. 3. Risk in the eGift Card shall pass to you upon receipt. 4. eGift Cards will be sent by Voucher Express to the delivery email address(es) you provide on each individual order. Subject to any delays due to security checks, eGift Cards will normally be delivered within 24 hours.
