This VisitBritain Gift Card cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or credit or vouchers once purchased and activated. 3. The amount payable by you for your purchase ('Purchase Cost') will be deducted from the balance on the VisitBritain Gift Card and any Purchase Cost amount still owed by you following the deduction from the balance of your VisitBritain Gift Card, you agree that you will be liable to pay any such remaining Purchase Costs either by way of credit or debit card. 4. You hereby irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, these terms, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) or your purchase of the VisitBritain Gift Cards.
